Terms of Service

Effective: October 24, 2026

About This Service

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the apipay.id website, API, documentation, and console dashboard (together, the "Service") operated by PT Api Teknologi Indonesia ("Apipay", "we", "us"). Apipay is a commerce platform providing QRIS and Virtual Account payment integration. Apipay is not a bank or a payment gateway; payment services are provided by connecting merchants to various licensed payment service providers (PSPs) that partner with Apipay. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements to use the Service. Account registration happens through console.apipay.id. You're responsible for providing accurate and current information, keeping your account credentials confidential, and all activity that occurs under your account. Both individuals and businesses can register; individual registrations still go through the applicable verification process.

Fees

Transaction and payout fees follow the structure published on the Pricing page (apipay.id/pricing), which is incorporated into these Terms. We may change our fee structure from time to time; changes will be announced on the Pricing page before they take effect.

Prohibited Uses

You may not: (i) use the Service for illegal activity, including money laundering or terrorism financing; (ii) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the API's source code; (iii) use the Service to build a competing product by copying our structure or data; (iv) unreasonably interfere with or overload the Service's infrastructure; or (v) misuse another party's API credentials.

Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service, including the Apipay brand, logo, and documentation, belong to Apipay or its licensors. These Terms don't grant you any ownership rights beyond the limited access rights needed to use the Service as permitted here.

Third Parties

Payment processing is carried out through licensed PSPs that partner with Apipay; use of a given payment method may be subject to that PSP's additional terms. Technical documentation is available at docs.apipay.id. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Apipay's liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to Apipay in the 6 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or lost data.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account access if we suspect a violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or where a legal obligation requires it. You may stop using the Service at any time through the console dashboard or by contacting us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, it will be settled before the South Jakarta District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan).
